One of the top hunting preserves in the state is Anderson Creek in Harnett County, North Carolina. They don’t demand memberships or grounds fees. Hunting is permitted on the land at any time of the year. There are 1,500 acres of woodland area for bird hunting and 100 acres of wetland on the property. Bobwhite quail, chukar, mallard ducks, ringneck pheasant, wood ducks, rabbits, grey squirrels, and white-tailed deer are the game species found here.
Bladen County, NC
Bladen County, North Carolina, has several hunting locations. Allen Brother’s, for example, offers a wide range of deer, quail, turkey, pheasant, and duck hunting. Arrow Head Preserve, also in Bladen County, offers deer, wild and preserve duck, pheasant, chukar, quail, and turkey hunting on approximately 2,000 acres.
